Refund policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges, unless in the event that the wrong item has been shipped or the item is defective. If an item is defective, you must email us with photos of the item and original packaging within 48 hours of receiving at smockedbydesign@gmail.com.

Items can be returned for store credit only.
